Mr. J K Sharma is the Chairman & Managing Director of Walman Group. He has previously served as Director (Board member) of multiple Premier Schedule A” PSUs. He has an illustrious career spanning over 35 years of outstanding contribution in the fields of engineering, general management, strategic management and business leadership in India and Abroad.
Honored with “Rashtriya Gaurav Award & Mother Teresa Excellence Award” for meritorious services, outstanding performance and remarkable role and is a Recipient of prestigious “Hydro Vibhushan Award as Persona of Decade” in September, 2014 for contribution towards Hydro Power Sector.
He is a Chartered Engineer & also a Certified Projects Director IPMA Level “A” & Honorary Member of PMA Managing Committee
Previously Served as MD of Chenab Valley Power Projects Ltd. & ED of Premier Schedule A”PSUs. He was responsible for obtaining statutory clearances and investment decisions from GOI.
Prepared Corporation's long term strategic business plans.
He served as a Project Head for the execution of 2000 MW Subansiri Power Project, the largest
Hydro Power Project of the Country.
Mr. Manyu Sarswat, a Renowned Engineering professional with 14 years of experience in the Construction Industry .He has overseen Large Magnitude Projects from Infrastructure, Road, Hydro to Renewable Projects.
Mr. Sarswat has previously been instrumental in setting up a Swiss-based Construction Enterprise in India and handled various Infrastructure works in Larsen and Toubro (L&T)
He holds an Executive MBA Degree in Finance from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and has done his Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from BITS Pilani .
He is a Chartered Engineer & also a Member of IEI - Institution of Engineers (India) -(M 1781337 Certification Number)
Mr Wadehra is a seasoned mechanical engineer with experience of handling large Hydro projects including HM works of 1500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hyder electric Project. He was the first HOP of SJVN’s 900 MW Arun 3 HEP in Nepal and later on handled the Uttrakhand projects of SJVN as Regional Head. He has a deep understanding of the technical and engineering aspects of hydro projects with O&M and monitoring of works as speciality.
Mr. Tapas Sinha, a seasoned professional and a Civil Engineer with having 30+ years of experience in Hydropowerprojects. He has been involved in all sphere of hydropower from Concept to commission i.e Planning Investigation Monitoring,Construction,Operation and Maintenance of Civil Structures & Electromechanical Equipment. He has a deep understanding of the technical and engineering aspects of hydroelectric power generation.
